Biography
Born and raised on the west side of Los Angeles, I’ve always been deeply connected to the places, people, and architectural history that make this city one of the most fascinating in the world. As a proud alumnus of Palisades Charter High School and UCLA, my love for L.A.’s landscape and neighborhoods started early—and has only grown stronger throughout my professional journey.
My real estate career began in Beverly Hills at Coldwell Banker, where I first got my start as a Transaction Administrator. That experience gave me a rock-solid foundation in contracts, client care, and the fast-paced world of luxury real estate. Over the years, my path expanded into the Right of Way industry, bringing me into the real estate divisions of major utility and telecom companies including Southern California Edison (SCE), SoCal Gas, Verizon Wireless, and Sprint. There, I negotiated land rights, secured easements, and worked on large-scale projects that shaped critical public infrastructure across Southern California.
After earning my Master’s in Public Administration, I returned to my roots in residential real estate sales in 2021—only this time, with a greater purpose and vision. That’s when I founded NERES LLC, a real estate consulting firm specializing in Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) design, build, and project management. Today, I help Los Angeles residents reimagine their properties, grow equity, and build generational wealth through smart, permitted additions that reflect the beauty and functionality of timeless California living.
